JOYE-TO series CNC multi-station turret punch press is a high-end device for plank punch processing industries, composing of a CNC system, a turret punch and a two-dimensional large-amplitude workbench. 2. Features:

The turret adopts overall 40Cr steel forging, quenching and tempering and allocated with international standard long-steering blanking die and forming die. Thus it features the elimination of unstable factors, accuracy improvement and the extension of service life of machine tool and that of die.

The transmission parts of workbench employ HIWIN high-speed mute FSC series ball screw and HIWIN ultra-high-load HGH series linear guide rail. The upper and lower turret plate and two axles of workbench are both driven by an actuating motor.

It can be loaded with 24/12 pairs of different molds for one time, and the stations can be customized according to specific customer demands.
