Functions and Characteristics of W11SNC-10*6000 Plate Rolling Machine:
1. Functions:
The upper roller can make vertical elevation or horizontalshift. The vertical elevation is a hydraulic driving, which is a achieved by the action of the oil in the hydraulic cylinder on the piston;
The horizontal shift is achieved through the torques from the lead screw cabinet, worm and the structure of screw and worm.
The lower roller only makes rotation, providing torque for bending and rolling.
On the lower side of the lower roller, there is a support roller for adjustment. The upper roller is in drum shape for enhancing the straightness of the products.
The machine is fit bending various cylinder bodies.
